Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional business performance agenda across Sales, After Sales and Dealers Audit, ensuring alignment with LATAM strategic priorities.

  • Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and governance of MTP, BP, Forecast cycles, ensuring timely discussions and approvals with senior leadership.

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of performance vs. business plan, identifying deviations and driving corrective actions at regional and country level.

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies across LATAM, including pricing governance, margin optimization, volume planning, and commercial sensitivity analysis.

  • Monitor VME, FMI, pricing actions, and profitability levers, recommending adjustments to maximize revenue and margin improvements.

  • Provide strategic insights based on market trends, customer behavior, elasticity analysis, and competitive landscape.

  • Ensure robust financial consolidation across all LATAM countries revenue streams.

  • Challenge and validate financial inputs from regional teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Deliver high-quality business information, financial insights, and commercial analysis to LATAM top leadership.

  • Act as the main interface between country M&S controllers.

  • Ensure consistent application of Finance M&S guidelines across the region.

  • Oversee Dealer Audit program across all LATAM markets, ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and financial integrity.

  • Support the deployment of regional initiatives.

  • Lead and develop a regional team responsible for M&S controlling and Dealers Audit.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and growth opportunities for team members, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.

  • Preferable Finance matter expert with with automotive Industry experience/background in different markets

  • Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.

  • Significant experience in controlling, FP&A, revenue management, commercial planning, or business performance roles.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

  • Experience interacting with senior executives and leading high‑impact presentations.

  • Strong understanding of pricing, margin management, and commercial dynamics.

  • More than 5 years in the auto industry

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Portuguese language proficiency is considered a strong plus
