Job Description

The Crossings of Willmar, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (OnCall Casual) to join our growing team.  
The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living is accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. This is more than a place to work—it is a place to thrive. Shifts Available On Call Casual - AM (7a-3p). PM (3p-11p). Overnights (11p-7a). HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR 
CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR   Are you compassionate towards others?  Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others?  If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently!  Our CNA’s and HHA’s become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.      In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: 
  • CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. 
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.  
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. 
  • Assist with medication administration. 
  Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. 
  • Strong interest in healthcare. 
  • Positive, compassionate attitude. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
