Responsible for developing engaging, creative, and brand-aligned content across all digital channels for all four properties. The role focuses on creating compelling copy and storytelling that drives brand awareness, engagement, and revenue while ensuring consistency with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation -
Write engaging content for websites, social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Create SEO-friendly content to improve online visibility and search rankings.
Produce compelling storytelling that reflects the identity and positioning of each property.
Adapt content to suit various audiences and digital platforms.
Monitor trends and propose content ideas that align with current digital behavior.
Website & SEO Content-
Maintain and update website content as required.
Write optimized blogs and destination content to support organic search growth.
Ensure content incorporates relevant keywords and follows SEO best practices.
Assist with AI visibility and local search content initiatives.
Ensure all content adheres to Radisson brand standards and tone of voice.
Performance & Reporting-
Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide monthly reports on top-performing content and engagement trends.
Recommend content strategies based on analytics and audience insights.
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, journalism, or hospitality marketing.
Excellent command of English with strong grammar and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital content best practices.
Experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools, Canva, ChatGPT, and digital publishing platforms is preferred.
