About the Role
We're seeking enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team at The Athlete's Foot Rockhampton!

As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you'll:
• Deliver outstanding customer service using our cutting-edge MyFit 3D technology.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with processing and managing high volumes of stock.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders.
• Maintain store presentation through housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general store upkeep.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day while helping customers find their perfect fit.
• Strong availability across Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Skills & Experience
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for footwear, sport, fitness, or an active lifestyle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and development.
