Apt Resources is seeking skilled and customer-focused Thai-Speaking Massage Therapist to join our client's premium beauty salon in Montenegro, Europe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and capable of providing a variety of professional massage treatments while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional massage treatments, including Traditional Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and other therapies based on clients' needs and company standards.
• Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and wellness products.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared before each appointment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in accordance with company policies.
• Provide professional, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.
• Educate guests on aftercare and wellness recommendations.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and luxury hospitality service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a premium beauty salon, spa, wellness center, or similar establishment.
• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Traditional Thai Massage and other massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Hot Stone.
• Experience working in a premium beauty salon, luxury spa, wellness center, or high-end hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of performing multiple treatments during a shift.
• Knowledge of salon hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

EUR 1,000–1,200/month net salary (depending on experience) + performance bonus + accommodation
