• Product Knowledge and Expertise Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product, including its features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Serve as the go-to expert for the product within the organization.
• Market Research and Analysis Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use these insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Sales Support Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including product training, creating sales materials, and assisting in customer meetings. Ensure the sales team is well-equipped to effectively promote and sell the product.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Provide expert product guidance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies. Provide input on product enhancements and new product development based on market feedback.

• Performance Monitoring Track and analyze product performance metrics, including sales data and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Inventory Management Support: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and minimizing excess stock in collaboration with the supply chain and logistics teams.
• Event and Activity Participation Support promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, providing product demonstrations and engaging with potential customers.
