Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies:

  • Home Oxygen

  • Nebulisers

  • Ventilations

  • Sleep

We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This role is a comprehensive operational leadership position responsible for managing complete chemical and gas supply chain operations, hazardous material compliance, and client relations.

Key Functional Pillars
Operations & Supply Chain: Directs the on-time, in-spec delivery of specialty chemicals/gases and oversees the maintenance of all distribution systems.

Workforce & Safety Leadership: Leads the operational team, oversees employee and safety training, manages succession planning, and fosters a zero-incident safety culture.

EHS & Hazardous Waste Supervision: Functions as the site Hazardous Waste Supervisor, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, ISO, Air Liquide, and state/federal hazardous waste regulations, spill response protocols, and waste minimization initiatives.

Account Management & Customer Success: Serves as the primary client interface, maintaining strong customer relationships, controlling operating costs, and coordinating with Account Managers and other TGCM managers to share best practices.

Audit Readiness & SOPs: Maintains active Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and continuous audit readiness for internal and regulatory inspections.

Job Responsibilities

  • On time, in spec, delivery of chemicals and gases to the customer
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all chemical and gas distribution systems.
  • Manage operations workforce.
  • Responsible for ensuring training of employees in all aspects of the operation, including Safety Training.
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Manage succession planning for the operation.
  • Control operations costs.
  • Coordinate with account manager and the customer.
  • Hazardous Waste Supervisor: Responsible for Facility compliance requirements, use of appropriate documentation and procedures to ensure proper management of materials processed on-site and/or shipped off-site to treatment and disposal facilities.
  • Emergency and spill response notifications, Federal/State Regulations, Waste chemical compatibility/Safety, maintaining a working knowledge of hazardous waste laws, promoting and initiating waste minimization program/activities, and attend waste management training classes.
  • Safety Leadership is a primary accountability.
  • Coordinate with other TGCM Managers to share “Best Practices”.
  • Update and maintain Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Keep current all required documentation for OSHA, ISO, Air Liquide America, and
  • Customer Audits.

5+ years-previous management experience, operations management preferred.
Successfully manage a TGCM Operation for 3+ years and successfully managed
an operation within Air Liquide America.
