Responsible for scheduling pre-determined work activities of Transmission field personnel. Independently lead the effort to develop and analyze intermediate and complex project and maintenance outage and work schedules using Transmission approved software. Provide front end loaded schedules as well as completed ready to execute resource loaded schedules that optimize the maintenance work plans, capital work plans and other TFS work activities. Manage TFS outage requests, including entering outages into TOA or its successor program OSI, and verifying that all required outages have been entered. Maintain in-depth knowledge of scheduling software and upgrades to the software. Stay current on technology enhancements and procedures and make suggestions for change. Must be self-motivated, a good communicator and team focused individual able to competently perform current scheduling techniques and analyses on all project/outage aspects. The candidate must be able to interface with Transmission outage/project execution teams, all Departments in Transmission, Generation Schedulers, and AEP senior management.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field such as Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management. Or
Associate's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field Or
High school diploma, Vocational training and 4 years' utility field experience.
Work Experience requirement listed below: Candidates with a Bachelor Degree in a Business field, such as Accounting, Finance or Management will be accepted if they have at least 2 years of maintenance work scheduling or construction project scheduling experience or other relevant utility experience. Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C, Transmission engineering, Transmission or Distribution dispatch experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience is strongly preferred.
TFS Work Mgmt Coord(Grade 6)
Education requirements are listed below:
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field such as Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management and 1 years' experience.OR
Associate's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field and 3 years' utility experience.Or
High school diploma and 6 years' utility field experience.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
Candidates with a Bachelor Degree in a Business field, such as Accounting, Finance or Management will be accepted if they have at least 6 years of maintenance work scheduling or construction project scheduling experience or other relevant utility experience. Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C, Transmission engineering, Transmission or Distribution dispatch experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience is strongly preferred.
TFS Work Mgmt Coord Sr(Grade 7)
Education requirements are listed below:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field and 4 years' related experience;Or
Associate's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Business or related field and 5 years' related experience;Or
High School diploma/GED and 8 years' related experience.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a Business field, such as Accounting, Finance or Management will be accepted if they have at least 8 years' of Electrical Utility maintenance work scheduling or construction project scheduling, or other relevant project controls experience.Electrical Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C, Transmission engineering, Transmission or Distribution dispatch experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience is strongly preferred.
