<strong>TITLE:</strong> TFH Kids Childcare Coordinator<br><strong>DEPARTMENT: </strong>Kids<strong> </strong><br><strong>CAMPUS: </strong>Vacaville<br><strong>HOURS:</strong> Part-Time </div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>PURPOSE AND SUMMARY </strong></div><div>A TFH Kids Childcare Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Childcare programming for weekly and special events. His/her primary function is to schedule childcare workers, order snacks and supplies, and organize and run a safe childcare program. </div><div> </div><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></div><div>· 2 years administrative experience. Experience working in TFH Kids is a plus. </div><div>· Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the following computer programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be willing to learn new programs as needed. </div><div>· Believes in and supports The Father’s House’s values and Statement of Faith. </div><div>· Must be a member of The Father’s House. </div><div>
<strong>Preferred:</strong> </div><div>· Knowledge of Planning Center </div><div>· Knowledge of Rock RMS Database </div><div> </div><div><strong>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS</strong></div><div>· Reports directly to the TFH Kids Campus Director </div><div>
<br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>
</div><div>· Train and equip Childcare Workers to run a safe program. </div><div>· Oversee the scheduling of Childcare Workers weekly and for special events. If areas are not covered personally filling in any holes that should arise. </div><div>· Order supplies and snacks for the program. </div><div>· Follow TFH Kids Administrative SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). </div><div>· Works hand in hand with TFH Kids Pastors on all Events. </div><div>· Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the TFH Kids Pastor. </div>
