Turbine Engine Specialists (TES) is an FAA and EASA-licensed, on-call, on-site aviation service company authorized by Honeywell and the CFE Company to perform maintenance on business aircraft engines, including the Honeywell HTF7000, TFE731, and CFE738. TES is also an Authorized Heavy Service Center for the Honeywell 36-100 and 36-150 series APUs, as well as authorized for line maintenance on the RE100 and RE220 series APUs.
• Perform receiving inspections, documentation review, and visual condition checks.
• Disassemble TFE731 engines and modules in accordance with OEM procedures.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections per engine manual.
• Document findings and coordinate part disposition with QA and Engineering.
• Repair, assemble, and build engine modules (Fan, LPC, HPC, Turbine, Gearbox).
• Install and rig engine accessories, actuators, and fuel controls.
• Complete final engine assembly within required tolerances.
• Support engine testing including troubleshooting and performance adjustments.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, work orders, and traceability documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain shop housekeeping standards.
• High school diploma or GED required; AMT school preferred.
• A&P Certificate preferred.
• 2–5 years turbofan engine experience (TFE731 preferred).
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145 repair station regulations.
