Job Description

What You'll Do

As a TFA ll - Installation, you will own day-to-day site operations across installation projects, working closely with Project Managers and the Installation Service Director to drive execution excellence and protect project performance.

• Lead site execution — Manage GE Vernova site engineers and technicians, coordinating the full technical agenda from project kick-off through to completion.
• Drive schedule and performance — Develop and maintain site project schedules, identify risks early, and take proactive steps to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Resolve issues fast — Spot potential problems before they escalate; coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve non-conformities and protect project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships — Represent GE Vernova in project meetings with customers, end users, contractors, and internal teams — building trust and maintaining clear communication throughout.
• Apply systems and tools — Leverage GE Vernova's internal processes, planning tools, and tracking systems to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all site activities.
• Support and develop the field team — Provide technical guidance and practical support to field engineers, empowering them to deliver confidently on the ground.

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced field operations professional who leads from the front — someone who knows how to manage complexity on site, keep teams aligned, and deliver results when the stakes are high.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), or equivalent hands-on field engineering experience
• Significant experience in field operations and/or installation or project management
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams
• Track record of managing stakeholder relationships — including customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and implement solutions that protect delivery
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively to project site (in or outside Taiwan), including weekends, holidays and overtimes as assignments require.

Preferred

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Flexibility to travel at short notice across project sites
