  • Evaluate fabric aesthetics, manufacturability, and suitability for costume applications based on Design Team requirements.
  • Recommend fabrics that meet aesthetic, quality, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and cost requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors regarding fabric development and specifications to ensure alignment with project needs.
  • Provide technical fabric information and recommendations to the Design Team.
  • Review and approve fabrics and trims for production.
  • Coordinate fabric-related activities during preliminary, pre-costing, development, and production stages.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and overseas stakeholders.
  • Conduct onsite approvals at factories to ensure product quality and production schedule adherence.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from textile technology or equivalent

  • 2 years experience or formal training in textile technology or garment manufacturing

  • Familiar with the process of textile manufacturing

  • Sensitivity to aesthetic issues of fashion design

  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English

  • General computer skills – Excel/Word

  • Willing to be located in Cikarang.
