Texas Precious Metals is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, trustworthy team member to assist clients through both precious metals buying and liquidation processes. This high-trust position demands a strong understanding of client relations, continued attention to market dynamics, and commitment to excellence in service and operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of our precious metals products and market trends
Negotiate and execute client orders using discretion and judgment
Oversee and ensure prompt processing of abnormal or complex orders
Serve as the go-to expert on product, inventory, and shipment questions
Assist and represent clients through the entire purchase and liquidation order lifecycles.
Assist with daily business operations and ad hoc responsibilities
Travel occasionally (less than 10%)
All other duties as assigned by management
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Clean and professional appearance
High learning agility and drive to become a subject matter expert
Some college coursework preferred
Experience in non-commissioned sales and or customer service preferred
Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and ethical
Finance market knowledge beneficial but not required
Office-based role with occasional limited exposure to logistics areas.
