Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Testing Specialist (Web Accessibility) to join our growing team and contribute to high-profile international projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and coordination of testing activities, ensuring that applications meet quality standards, accessibility requirements, and client expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, execute, and report on application testing activities;
  • Design and develop testing techniques and automated test suites;
  • Analyze test scenarios, prepare test cases, and validate test results;
  • Assess and recommend improvements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools;
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple project teams;
  • Maintain quality plans and provide regular status reports;
  • Identify and communicate risks, deviations, and quality issues;
  • Support automated testing initiatives where applicable;
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders in multicultural and international environments;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance;
  • Experience working within complex application environments;
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools;
  • ISTQB Certification (or equivalent certification/experience);
  • Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL, Prince2, PMI, PM², or similar methodologies;
  • Knowledge of test change control procedures and test case management;
  • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Levels A & AA) and EN 301 549 accessibility standards;
  • Experience performing accessibility testing and analysis;
  • Hands-on experience with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard navigation testing.;
  • Practical knowledge of accessibility testing tools such as Accessibility Insights for Web, Google Lighthouse, Siteimprove;
  • Excellent knowledge of: Selenium test automation, OpenText ALM, Octane, UFT One, Jira, ServiceNow, SoapUI, Confluence, xWiki, XML, VBScript, Mobile and cross-platform compatibility testing.
  • Accessibility certifications such as IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) or similar;
  • Very good knowledge of English (C1) or French (C1);
  • Knowledge of both languages, with one at C1 level and the other at least B2 level, will be considered a strong advantage.
