Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
The Testing Services Associate I provides administrative support for the department. Utilizes imaging technology, software, databases and tools. Maintains availability, accuracy, security, and confidentiality of imaged documents. Assists with the development and testing of templates forms for optimal use of imaging technology. Maintains statistics and data analysis for administrative reporting.
Additional Department Summary: Performs activities associated with operating a computer-based testing center to administer professional and academic tests to students, prospective students, and professionals. Provides support in other areas of test administration, analysis, scoring, score reporting and other data input, analysis activities of the department, and front desk support.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
