The Impact you will have in this role:

In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of DTCC’s Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP) as it evolves from MVP to enterprise-scale deployment. You will lead day-to-day testing and release readiness activities across platform enhancements, integrations, and reporting layers, helping teams deliver stable capabilities with measurable business value. Your work will strengthen confidence in the EAP platform data and insights, reduce release risk, and support consistent adoption across architecture, business, and technology teams

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the test strategy for EAP releases across self data configuration changes, integrations, and EA Insights (Power BI) reporting layers.
  • Lead test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management to ensure high-quality delivery of platform enhancements and dashboards.
  • Validate data accuracy and traceability from self source data through integration pipelines to insights dashboards; partner with stakeholders to resolve data defects.
  • Support UAT coordination with Business Architecture and other stakeholders, including UAT scripts, facilitation, and sign-off documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish testing scripts, test data needs, and release readiness gates (smoke/regression testing).
  • Support agile delivery execution by coordinating sprint testing activities, participating in backlog refinement, and ensuring acceptance criteria are testable and met.
  • Maintain delivery cadence while balancing new development testing and production stability, including triage of production issues and post-release validation.
  • Report quality metrics and release risks to stakeholders; continuously improve QA processes, templates, and automation opportunities where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication for issue reporting

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing functional/regression testing; familiarity with defect lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of testing concepts for data and reporting solutions (data validation, reconciliation, dashboard verification); Power BI testing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for defect tracking, intake, and workflow management.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; ability to identify issues, communicate impacts, and drive closure with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to coordinate UAT with stakeholders and ensure results, issues, and sign-offs are documented.
  • Comfortably working in a fast-paced environment with frequent change, multiple priorities, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to lead quality practices for a new enterprise platform, improving release confidence and data reliability as EAP scales across DTCC.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating end-to-end testing, UAT, and release readiness for platform capabilities, integrations, and insights.
  • Exposure to senior architects, product leaders, engineering teams, and enterprise stakeholders through cross-functional delivery and adoption initiatives.
  • A growth environment with clear development pathways, building skills in quality engineering, data validation, and enterprise-scale platform delivery.
