Requirements

We are seeking an experienced
Testing Lead
with a strong background in
UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) / Dimensions implementations
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end testing processes across multiple implementations, ensuring seamless delivery of functional and integration testing, system validation, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage testing activities across
  multiple UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions implementations
  .
• 
  Oversee
  end-to-end testing
  of functional modules and integrations, ensuring quality and compliance.
• 
  Conduct and manage
  System Integration Testing (SIT)
  , support
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  , and coordinate
  Performance Testing
  .
• 
  Validate and test critical WFM functionalities including:
• 
  Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting
• 
  Analytics & Reporting
• 
  Device & Mobile Configuration
• 
  Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Activities
• 
  Business Structure, Release Management
• 
  HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies, Calendars
• 
  Data Access Control Concepts & Custom Reports
• 
  Drive
  defect management processes
  , ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing cycles and stakeholder alignment.
• 
  Develop and maintain
  documentation for systems, processes, and testing methodologies
  .

Must-Have Qualifications

1. 
   Proven experience in
   SIT, UAT support, Parallel Testing, and Regression Testing
   .
2. 
   Hands-on expertise in
   Automation Testing
   frameworks and tools.
3. 
   Strong background in
   end-to-end defect management
   and documentation practices.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

1. 
   UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications
   (highly preferred).
2. 
   Prior experience with
   Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)
   .
3. 
   Excellent
   analytical and problem-solving skills
   .
4. 
   Strong
   written and oral communication skills
   ; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. 
   Confident
   presentation and stakeholder management skills
   , with the ability to manage customer expectations.
