Job Description

The TS Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The TS Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
  
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
  
• Maintain the required safety training.

• Position Requirements:
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in Well Testing operations.
  •  Technical certification in SLB Well Testing and/or RSA is preferred.
  •  Proven experience working in field-based well testing environments with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Key Competencies:
  •  Strong practical and technical knowledge of Surface Well Testing (SWT) operations and equipment.
  •  Solid understanding of:
  o  HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Studies)
  o  HARC (Hazard Analysis and Risk Control)
  o  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  o  Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  o  Well testing simulations and operational planning tools
  o  Well testing processes, equipment, and industry best practices
  •  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field operations.
  •  Demonstrated commitment to process safety, risk management, and compliance with company and industry standards.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, field-based environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Qualifications:
  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in well testing operations, with a strong focus on safety, technical execution, operational efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining the highest levels of HSE performance and customer service.
• Education
  •  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
