Role Purpose
The Test Manager will be responsible for end-to-end test management. This role will ensure robust governance, execution, and reporting across phases.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full testing lifecycle
• Define and document the test approach, strategy, and governance framework
• Oversee test case creation, quality
• Work with users to establish daily test execution forecasts and burndown tracking
• Facilitate daily stand-ups
• Produce reporting including burndown charts, defect metrics, and progress tracking
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle

• Proven Test Manager experience
• SIT/UAT delivery expertise
• Strong stakeholder management skills
