The Testing Engineer – A&U supports the evaluation and
testing of ergonomic designs and human-machine interfaces to ensure they meet
user requirements and industry standards for comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design
  Evaluation: Perform CAS/CAD checks in Digital environment to identify
  issues earlier in the program.
• 
  Test
  Execution: Perform validation tests for ergonomic features in products
  and systems as directed by the validation plan.
• 
  Data
  Collection: Use ergonomic tools to assess user comfort, posture, and
  fatigue during testing sessions.
• 
  Technical
  Reporting: Document test findings and provide detailed data and
  analysis to the engineering and design teams for further improvement.
  Document Lessons learnt to implement on the future programs.
• 
  Standard Development: Develop internal standards to improve on the
  process and evaluation method.
  Ensure compliance with ergonomic standards and guidelines

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s
  degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or Mechanical
  Engineering.
• 
  Proficiency
  in software like CATIA V5, RAMSIS, CAVA.
• 
  Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Good
  English & Vietnamese Proficiency – Both Writing and Speaking.
• 
  Excellent communication skills and ability to
  work in cross-functional teams
