As a Testing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within FAST’s project implementation teams, ensuring the quality and reliability of FAST’s software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and Manage Test Scenarios: Collaborate with the project team and client subject matter experts to write comprehensive test scenarios that reflect user workflows and system interactions. Continuously review and update test cases to cover new updates or changes made by the development team.
Coordinate and Train Testers:Lead and support the testing team, providing training on testing processes, tools, and best practices. Equip testers with the knowledge and resources needed for accurate and efficient testing.
Oversee Test Lab Environment: Manage the setup and maintenance of the test lab environment, providing support to client testers.
Monitor and Report Testing Progress:Track testing activities, record testing metrics, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. Identify potential issues early and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
Assist in Quality Assurance and Test Optimization: Continuously assess testing practices and quality assurance processes, recommending improvements to enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency. This involves close collaboration with development teams and project leadership, as well as active involvement in all project testing phases (e.g., business or system, acceptance, regression, interfaces and other types of testing).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant technical training and experience.
3.0 minimum GPA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for identifying and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple testing projects and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
Personal integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm for quality assurance and software testing.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, to manage and document testing processes.
