Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst & Product Owner for an exciting consultancy mission. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on-site with our client, a key player in the mobility sector, to support their transformation into a digitally oriented company by enhancing their Sales & Marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a consultant facilitating communication between the Business and IT teams, embodying the voice of the Customer.
• Possess a thorough understanding of end-to-end customer experiences, leveraging this knowledge to enhance client projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and translate Business strategy into actionable user stories and development tasks.
• Capture requirements, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to aid in client decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the construction of Business Cases delivery in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Maintain open communication with development teams to provide necessary answers and guidance.
• Proactively suggest and implement product and process improvements in line with client objectives.
• Foster strong connections with senior management, partners, clients & other technical teams on behalf of Keystone Solutions.
• Implement Change Management strategies to promote user acceptance & adoption for the client's initiatives.

Desired Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related discipline, coupled with relevant certifications is beneficial.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT development, with a strong grasp of mobile App and website development projects.
• Innate analytical and process-focused mindset valued, with experience in defining marketable features and viable products.
• Ability to manage multi-tasking efficiently in vibrant work settings and exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English & French/Dutch and availability for short international travel assignments.
