Project Details
- Project: TRS HR Solutions Digitalization and Control 2026
- Objective: Eliminate manual payroll and reduce paper-based HR administration via SAP HCM enhancements
- Location: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
- UAT Testing: Prepare test scenarios, perform user acceptance testing, and provide formal documentation
- Payroll Validation: Verify retroactive payroll accuracy and "expat" calculations for Hungary and Egypt within SAP
- Digitalization QA: Test the functionality of editable contract templates and mass PDF/Word generation rules
- Go-live Support: Participate in cut-over activities, bug-fixing, and post-implementation online support
- Knowledge Transfer: Assist in finalizing user manuals and participate in KT workshops
