Our operators take care of the qualitative assembly of subassemblies and/or finished products. These assemblies are done on the basis of production documents (routing, assembly plans, electrical diagrams, work instructions,...) and the available production resources. As a Tester - Fault Finder you investigate whether the assemblies meet the prescribed specifications and functionality. In addition to fault finding, you are also responsible for analyzing the fault cause and suggest corrective actions. You prepare test reports independently and with due care.
You will be dealing with both analog, digital and high frequency technologies.

Perform checks on the functionality of electronic subassemblies
Analyzing the cause of error
Inform (and guide) colleagues
Keeping (or modifying) the production file up to date
Making and applying improvements to the production process (continuous improvement)
- You enjoyed a technical education, electricity, electronics, ICT electromechanics or you are equivalent through experience.
- You have had a taste of a similar position before or you feel you have sufficient technical skills to handle this role.
- You are good at reading plans (electrical, mechanical or electronic diagrams).
- You have a patient nature to look for faults, based on deduction. You search until you find.
- You like the finer work (fine assembly wiring)
- You are communicative and collegial
- You combine accuracy with dynamism
