Position Description

• This position will use bill of material and print to test coils to comply with safety, quality and methods procedures. Setup and operate testing equipment used in leak detection of copper, brass and cupro-nickel construction.
• Key Responsibilities:
• This position requires the ability to operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling, and inspect coils prior to test. This position also assembles vent and drain plugs, if required, applies set pressure to coil and submerges under water and check for leaks. Tester will repair all leaks and record data.
• Position Requirements:
• Must be a certified brazer. Must be flexible, problem solving oriented, acceptable to change and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.
