Internship Program Overview:

Our Interns & Co-ops are our entry-level talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students withameaningfulwork experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. The intern willexplore practical applicationsofArtificialIntelligence(AI),Agentic AI,Generative AI,andorautomationtoimprove howtheTestchipDesign & Implementation(TD&I)teamorganizes, accesses, and extracts insights from itsextensive knowledge base. Thisrole will involveresearching innovativesolutions,engagingengineersto understand workflow needs, and documenting findings to supportfuturestrategic implementation.

Essential Responsibilities include:

The intern will support defined project goals by exploring practical AI and automation solutions.Key responsibilities include:

• SolutionExplorationResearchandidentifyopportunities to applyAIandorautomationin support ofprojectobjectives

• Digital Transformation Initiatives:Contribute ideas and recommendations that help shape the future adoption of AI-powered knowledgemanagement solutions

• Team Collaboration Partner with engineers to discuss requirements, assess options, and refine implementation approaches.

• DocumentationandReportingDocumentfindingsclearlyandprovideregularupdates orpresentations to share progress,insights, and recommendationsonfuture AI and automation initiatives

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsiblemanner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirementsand programs

Required Qualifications:

• Education–Activelypursuing aDiploma/Bachelors/Masters degreeinElectrical/Electronic Engineering ORComputerScienceEngineering ORInformation Technology or related fieldthrough an accredited degree program during the time of internship

• Mustbe ingood academic standing.

• Ability to workat least 40hoursper week during the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in ORpossessesgood knowledge in programming languages, including but not limited to Python, R, C++, JavaScript, SKILL, TCL, PERL, SVRF

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Automate, CoPilot)

• Prior related internship or co-op experience

• Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

• Projectmanagement skills,i.e.,the ability to innovate andexecutesolutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Strong interest inleveragingAI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.

• Goodwritten and verbal communication,planningand organizationalskills
