Opportunity Overview

As a Test Technician, you will perform advanced testing, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities on low to medium complexity electronic products and systems. This position requires broad technical knowledge, judgment, and the ability to support engineering initiatives while maintaining production goals and quality standards.

The test technician will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostic, testing, maintenance, and repair activities on electronic products and assemblies.
  • Execute technical assignments, product updates, and preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and technical requirements.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide support for problem-solving activities.
  • Conduct failure inspection and contribute to investigations aimed at identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Interpret technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and work instructions to support troubleshooting and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, evaluate technical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while providing clear technical findings, supporting information, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing results, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling requirements throughout all activities.
  • Support operational priorities while achieving established productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.
  • Support Final Visual Inspection (FVI) by preparing products and executing test processes to validate functional performance.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Technical Degree in Electronics Or related field

3 years of experience in:

    • Computer OS and packages (Windows and Office)
    • Electronic & Circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
    • Welding
    • Fine Motor Skills
    • Electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Intermediate English Level
