What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Technician Sr you will be responsible for executing high‑precision electrical testing and supporting product quality.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Perform electrical bench tests on printed wiring boards, subassembly units, and cabinets to verify compliance.
-Read schematics, troubleshoot components, and recommend corrective actions.
-Install and operate test equipment such as chambers, ovens, and high‑voltage instruments.
-Document findings on test data sheets and communicate deviations to supervisors or engineers.
-Assist in technical training of peers and support audit activities.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Work experience testing with high power voltages 120V to 440 VAC
Associates degree or equivelant combined education/experience
Experience in PWB testing and PWB component troubleshooting
5 years, formal education in electricity/electronics, or equivalent experience/combined
education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or
demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks
Experience working successfully in a team environment
Must be able to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends,
and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required
Must be able to pass visual acuity and color perception exam
Must be able to obtain a Government Secret security clearance
US Citizen
Previous test technician, inspection and/or work experience in safety operating within a high quality
management system
Demonstrated computer skills in areas of LM tools including SAP, Apriso, Command Media, PAL
and Windchill
Communicates effectively and operates well within a diverse team setting.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with both internal and external
customers
Pay rate for this position is $34.24 - $34.24 per hour.
