Job Description


  • Perform
    driving tasks to execute vehicle tests as per the defined test plans and
    protocols.

  • Operate
    vehicles on various test tracks, including high-speed loops, dynamic platforms,
    braking tracks, and durability tracks, to evaluate vehicle performance.

  • Follow
    safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of personnel, vehicles,
    and equipment during testing.

  • Provide
    detailed and accurate feedback on vehicle behavior, performance, and any
    anomalies observed during tests.

  • Conduct
    pre- and post-test inspections of test vehicles to identify and report any
    mechanical or safety issues.

  • Collaborate
    with engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy of testing activities and
    data collection.

  • Assist in
    the preparation of vehicles for testing, including loading and unloading
    ballast, configuring systems, or setting up test equipment as required.

  • Maintain a professional and disciplined approach while driving under
    strict testing conditions.


Requirements


·
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving
record.

Proven experience in driving, preferably in a
testing or automotive environment.


·
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics,
safety protocols, and basic mechanical systems.


·
Excellent driving skills with the ability to
operate vehicles at varying speeds and under challenging conditions.


·
Ability to follow precise instructions and test
protocols consistently.


·
Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems
and testing processes is an advantage.


·
Strong attention to detail, with excellent
observational and reporting skills.


·
Basic proficiency in English (spoken and
written) is desirable to communicate effectively with engineers and
supervisors.
