Job Description

Your tasks

  • Perform all necessary tests on products as defined by Test Release Engineer and in accordance with test plans, procedures and specifications
  • Works with Test Release Engineer to ensure testing is completed in a timely manner to support the PDP process
  • Continuously monitor product performance during testing
  • Publish test reports in a clear, concise manner that accurately depicts the details of the test and gives clear results according to TSO
  • Support Brose cleanliness policies though quality, effective and clean testing areas
  • Communication to validation team, customer team and customer on status, timing and results
  • Support the analysis of test failures through root cause analysis and the TIR process
  • Gain knowledge of Ford, GM and FCA tests and specifications

Your Profile

  • Mechanical background
  • Basic DC electric / wiring
  • Specialized skills: Lab Cleanliness, Environmental Chambers, Durability Controllers, Data Acquisition, BNA Machine Shop, UTS (SATS), MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Root Cause Analysis, Test Reports, SAP, TIR's, Ability to work in front of the customer, Communication, Networking, Decision Making, Time Management, Self-Motivation, Conflict Resolution, Problem-Solving, Ability to Influence, Resilience/Self-Confidence, Ability to Mentor
