Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

What's in it for you:

• Test and trouble shoot electronic assemblies of printed circuit boards

What you will do:

• Test complex electronic printed circuit boards.
• Maintain high level of board quality and throughput from test area.
• Troubleshoot failed assembles/test equipment and work with manufacturing engineering as needed.
• Work with inspection/rework team members on failed printed circuit boards.
• Provide feedback and assist as needed on development of test procedures.
• Provide input on continuous improvement on test processes.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, standard work, etc.
• Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.
• Ability to effectively present information to other team members both written and verbally.
• Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers (completion of daily schedule)
• Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectives
• Works to consistently meet and exceed customer requirements
• Continuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvement

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) is preferred but not required.
• One (1) year in manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Two year Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledgeable of and able to utilize computer systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, blueprints, drawings, etc.
• Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems.
• Has the knowledge and ability to apply basic math skills.
• Commitment to performing quality work.
• Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.
