Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll lead a team to ensure the efficient execution of testing activities at the train level, driving quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in your domain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, sourcing, and project management), manage resources and workloads for testing activities, and contribute to the development of reusable “test patterns” to enhance future projects—and much more.

Base Salary Range
In accordance with New York State law, the anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 The actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, and qualifications. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation.
