Are you passionate about electronics, automation, and advanced test systems? Do you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and enjoy seeing your solutions make a direct impact on production? We are looking for a Test Systems Engineer to join our team and help develop the next generation of automated burn-in and electro-optical test systems for laser diode manufacturing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies, combining electrical engineering, software development, automation, measurement systems, and production equipment development. It is a highly diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
As a Test Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize automated test and burn-in systems used in the production of advanced laser diodes. You will take ownership of complete test system solutions, from electrical design and software development to hardware integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with manufacturing, process engineering, product development, and other technical teams to ensure robust and efficient production systems that support high-quality manufacturing.
We believe you are a curious engineer who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and continuously learning new technologies. You take a structured and analytical approach to problem solving while remaining pragmatic and solution-oriented.
You enjoy working across multiple disciplines and are motivated by seeing your designs move from concept to a fully operational production system. You thrive in environments where you can make a visible impact and contribute directly to manufacturing success.
