The Test Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring software quality by analyzing business requirements and designing thorough test strategies. Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Execute Comprehensive Test Plans And Test Cases For Assigned Software Modules Utilizing Python To Automate Test Processes, Ensuring High Quality And Reliability Of Software Releases.
2. Utilize Automation Frameworks Like Pytest And Selenium To Increase Test Efficiency And Coverage, Performing Various Types Of Testing Including Functional, Regression, Usability, And Api Testing.
3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects Using Python-Based Tools And Methodologies, Ensuring Thorough Documentation Per Established Testing Procedures.
4. Collaborate Proactively With Development Teams To Analyze, Prioritize, And Verify Defect Resolutions, Participating Actively In Test Reviews To Promote Continuous Improvement And Share Best Practices.
5. Stay Current With The Latest Testing Trends And Technologies In Python And Contribute To The Creation And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks And Libraries, Enhancing The Team'S Testing Capabilities.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Proficiency In Python For Test Automation And Scripting.
2. Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Methodologies And Best Practices.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Test Automation Frameworks Such As Pytest And Selenium.
4. Familiarity With Api Testing Tools And Techniques.
5. Solid Knowledge Of Defect Tracking And Management Processes.

Other Requirements

1. Optional Certifications: Certified Software Tester (Cst), Certified Agile Tester (Cat), Or Relevant Python Programming Certifications.
