Test Senior Engineer

Join us as a Test Senior Engineer on our Test Engineering team in Lodz to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Test Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for analysis, introduction and manage sophisticated production test for our platforms, working with other technologists and our worldwide test team to build best solutions. You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership.

You will:

• Rapidly address software and hardware challenges with effective solutions.
• Implement Python, C# scripts and AI Models for automation and process improvement.
• Design, develop and implement troubleshooting effective methods for systems and equipment.
• Collaborate on local and global modernization projects in cooperation with other support teams.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, maintaining data integrity and functionality.

Essential Requirements

• Validated knowledge of programming skills in BASH, PowerShell, Python, VBA, operating systems: Windows/Linux, firmware: BIOS, device drivers, network, application administration, embedded software/firmware.
• Ability to code/debug more sophisticated programs using either written or verbal design specifications.
• Knowledge of hardware and software interactions and infrastructure and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues.
• Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.

• 3–5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.

Desirable Requirements

• Excellent teamwork and high communication skills (Polish & English languages).
• Learning attitude, capability to influence others to achieve results, problem solving approach, can-do mindset, and experience in explaining complicated technical aspects to a non-technical audience.
