We are looking for: Test Professional

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Analyze business and functional requirements to define clear testing needs.
  • Design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases that support complete coverage.
  • Execute functional tests to validate application quality and business process outcomes.
  • Identify defects clearly and support timely resolution with accurate details.
  • Validate end-to-end business processes across applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis to improve testing outcomes and reduce repeat issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.
  • Own testing deliverables and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

  • Bring 1-3 years of experience in Functional Testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.
  • Build practical experience in test scenario design, test case creation, and test execution.
  • Use defect identification and root cause analysis to support application quality.
  • Work confidently with developers, business analysts, and product owners.
  • Communicate testing progress, issues, and outcomes clearly with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a quality-first mindset, ownership, and attention to detail.
