Job Description

As a Test Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing test manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with quality standards.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Trieste, Italy location.

In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and product quality of our test manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success and customer satisfaction of Honeywell Building Automation.

Benefits:

Annual gross salary from €35.100 and applicable NCBA is Metalmeccanico Grande Industria. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and optimize test manufacturing engineering activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve test manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying and executing process improvements to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in test manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of test manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and quality standards compliance.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools and software relevant to test process optimization.

WE VALUE

  • Advanced degree in Engineering such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
  • Experience working in building automation or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and manufacturing best practices is desirable.
