We are seeking experienced Test Managers and Test Automation Engineers with strong transferable experience delivering complex, secure government programs.

This opportunity will suit professionals who can establish testing approaches early, influence solution quality and support delivery across classified LOW and HIGH environments.

The opportunity

The engagement is expected to begin with a discovery and architecture definition phase to refine business requirements, confirm the target operating model and validate technology and software platform selections before implementation.

The anticipated solution will bring together secure data ingestion and integration across Government, rules and analytics, explainable AI, workflow automation and human-led decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Depending on your background and focus, you will:

• Shape test strategy, planning and quality assurance during discovery and solution definition.
• Translate business, technical and security requirements into testable outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Define or develop automation approaches for complex data, integration, analytics and workflow solutions.
• Plan and support functional, integration, end-to-end and regression testing.
• Manage test coverage, defects, risks and reporting to support delivery and release readiness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineers and security teams throughout discovery and implementation.

Skills and experience

• Current NV2 or TSPV security clearance is essential.
• Strong experience in test management and/or hands-on test automation within secure, complex government environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale data and analytics transformation programs.
• Ability to work through evolving requirements and contribute to discovery, architecture and platform evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of testing considerations across classified LOW and HIGH environments.

Highly desirable

• Experience with Palantir, Pega and/or Appian.
• Experience testing secure data ingestion, integration, rules engines, analytics or workflow automation.
• Exposure to explainable AI and solutions supporting human-led decision-making.
• Experience with COTS or government-proven platforms.

Platform selections will be assessed during discovery.
