Job Description

You’re a proactive leader who knows that significant growth starts with small positive steps every day.

In this role, you'll:

You will lead end-to-end QA and testing across integrated hardware and software systems, applying system engineering and assurance principles across UAT, simulation, field testing, and key validation phases.

You will define effective test strategies, ensuring system changes, interfaces, and hardware integrations meet functional, safety, cyber security, and relevant standards, while identifying and managing risks across environments and deployments.

You will manage test lab , environments, resources, and artefacts, provide clear reporting and stakeholder visibility for Acceptance Testing, and govern vendor delivery through well established QA frameworks.

About you

You bring extensive experience leading high-profile, multi-million dollar programs, delivering complex outcomes across hardware, software, and system engineering components, while coordinating vendors, internal teams, and assurance activities including field testing and validation.

You apply strong system, assurance, and test management expertise across hardware and software to drive end-to-end quality outcomes, effectively managing risks, competing priorities, and delivery in fast-paced, integrated environments.

You demonstrate leadership in governing QA frameworks, managing test environments (including test labs and test data), and overseeing complex integrations to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes aligned to organisational and operational objectives.
