Responsibilities:

End-to-end planning and coordination of test management processes

Development and maintenance of test strategies and test plans

Monitoring and reporting of testing activities

Liaising with business and IT stakeholders

Leading and supporting testing team(s)

Applying and optimizing Tricentis-based testing solutions

Designing and developing automated testing processes (where relevant)

Coordinating testing of SAP systems (if SAP experience is applicable)

Requirements:

Several years of experience in test management or software testing

Hands-on experience with Tricentis tools (e.g. Tosca)

Knowledge of test management methodologies (e.g. ISTQB fundamentals are an advantage)

Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

(For SAP-focused roles) experience in testing SAP systems

(For automation expert roles) experience in test automation

Advantages:

Possession of Tricentis certification(s)

Experience in SAP projects

Experience working in an enterprise environment

Knowledge of Agile (Scrum / SAFe) environments

English language proficiency (for professional work)

In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks
