What are we looking for?

• Senior experience in SAP test management, with 5+ years in similar roles;
• Proven background in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects;
• Strong experience in defining and executing end-to-end testing strategies, including SIT, UAT and regression testing;
• Solid knowledge of ECC processes, integrations and custom developments, ensuring a smooth transition to the new environment;
• Experience in leading integration testing across SAP modules and connected systems;
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager and Atlassian Jira;
• Good understanding of SAP technologies such as SAP PO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Fiori;
• Strong experience in defect management, prioritisation, retesting and resolution follow-up;
• Ability to coordinate business and IT teams, ensuring UAT readiness and sign-off;
• Experience in managing test environments, test data and reporting throughout the project lifecycle;
• Availability to support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• German is a plus.
