Job Scope & Responsibilities
Prepare and walkthrough of Test Strategy with relevant stakeholders internally and with client.
Work on the estimates and strategy for new project/release.
Setting up processes.
Lead the team, interact with client stakeholders.
Provide support in Business development activities, have conversations with different project stakeholders to understand the testing needs.
Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the Team Members and support the onboarding of new team members.
Understand technological landscape, architecture & service layers involved.
Manage stakeholders' expectations across Insprint, Integration and UAT within and outside Project teams.
Preparing Test strategy and test planning for various phases of the project.
Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders for testing activities across the project lifecycle.
Co-ordinate with Business users for UAT execution.
Ensure team is enabled to perform the tasks assigned to them and work with them to mitigate the impediments.
Qualifications
Excellent writing and reading skills in Korean and English.
Well versed in Agile Methodologies.
Good to have automation knowledge.
