Job Title: Test Manager with Automation Experience

Location: Chippenham

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the test process and lead a team of test engineers in a hands-on capacity.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks for multiple applications, including those with Graphical User Interfaces (GUI)
• Actively participate in the technology development and operations pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of testing procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize test objectives, strategies, and plans.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Monitor, analyse, and report test results, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test management and automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably with a focus on test automation
• Strong hands-on experience with GUI testing and automated testing tools
• In-depth knowledge of the technology development and operations pipeline
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• A commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry trends.
