Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement test strategy and plans
  • Manage test teams and resources
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Oversee risk management and reporting
  • Budget and schedule management
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8 years+ in Software Testing
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Test Manager role
  • ISTQB Advanced Level certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with test management tools
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
