Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
Within GDC, you will join the Straight Through Processing (STP) Tribe, in change to build the capabilities required to receive the information sent in by our clients or external shareholders or to deliver the reporting produced by our core business services. STP is a fast-growing Tribe in terms of demand, workforce, technology, asset and volume of messages processed.
The role
The STP Tribe is looking for a Test Manager who, in the context on the EUI Transformation, will pilot the (end-to-end) testing activities of the Communication Modernisation initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the modernisation of our current IT platform, playing a key role in the implementation of innovative communication solutions applying new technologies and highest security standards to deliver customer-focused service enhancements.
The role will require team leadership proficiency and knowledge of industry standard in test management techniques. A sound understanding of the business strategy & issues, of the technical challenges and of various dependencies faced by the initiatives under their responsibility will be a key success factor.
