Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Test Maintenance and Engineering Management. Responsible for managing the maintenance area.
  • Responsible for the execution of Tester build plan.
  • Responsible to support Product Engineering for yield and process improvement of the specific technical area.
  • Responsible to improve the efficiency of test area.
  • Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products.
  • Succession Planning process is followed to periodically identify and evaluate Succession Plan participants and development requirements.
  • Action plans are in place for key positions with specific initiatives identified and supported.
  • Develop and report performance KPIs to measure the groups’ productivity and progress.
  • Lead the team to deliver cost savings and other critical KPIs as required by the company.
  • Establish processes and systems to track progress and report on results.
  • Ensure function is aligned and driven to meet engineering goals, production requirements and Meets
  • Company set goals (UPH, quality, yield, scrap safety and ESD requirements).
  • Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations.

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalents
  • Minimum 2 years managerial experience in mass production environment. Preferably in Product/Test Engineering.

Skills

  • With good computer literacy and good communication skill.
  • Planning, knowledge on tester or others related
  • Must have a good sense of engineering tradeoffs and an ability to understand the impact of software changes on maintainability.

  • This role is 100% onsite
