Possess 6–7 years of overall experience in Software Testing with strong expertise in the Insurance domain.
Perform both
manual and automation testing
across applications and platforms.
Act as a
Team Lead
, guiding, mentoring, and supporting team members to ensure quality deliverables.
Analyze and understand business requirements in detail and design
comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
.
Develop test cases covering both
positive and negative scenarios
to ensure complete functional coverage.
Prepare
Scope of Testing (SOT)
and
Scope of Change (SOC)
documents and map test cases accordingly.
Identify, request, and prepare appropriate
test data
for all testing activities.
Execute test cases and maintain
pass/fail trackers
with accurate reporting.
Collect and maintain
testing evidence and documentation
in an organized and accessible repository.
Ensure high standards of
test hygiene, documentation quality, and compliance
.
Collaborate closely with developers to track, retest, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
Maintain testing progress, user stories, defects, and reports in
JIRA / Azure DevOps (ADO)
.
Participate in
client calls (post 09:30 PM IST)
as required for project support.
Support
go-live activities
and ensure smooth project delivery.
Quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
Take
complete ownership and accountability
for the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
