Test Lead (SAP Payroll / E2E Testing)

Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end test management across a large-scale implementation. This role will be responsible for ensuring all testing phases—from System Integration Testing (SIT) to Payroll Parallel Runs—are effectively planned, executed, and governed to support a successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all testing phases:

System Integration Testing (SIT)

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

End-to-End (E2E) Testing

Payroll Compare Parallel Run
Define and manage:
Test scope, strategy, timelines, and resources
Oversee test execution, including:
Test case management
Defect tracking
Test evidence documentation (Jira, Zephyr or similar tools)
Validate:
Integrated business processes
System interfaces
Payroll workflows (with strong E2E focus)
Manage defect lifecycle:
Track, prioritize, retest, and ensure closure
Ensure all test exit criteria are met before go-live
Prepare and share:
Test status reports
Defect metrics
Readiness dashboards
Provide insights to governance forums for cutover and go-live decisions
Collaborate with:
Business testers
IT teams
SMEs
Drive test sign-offs and ensure alignment with leadership expectations
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager
Strong expertise in:
SIT, UAT, E2E Testing
Payroll Parallel Run testing
Hands-on experience with:

Jira, Zephyr or similar test/defect management tools
Solid understanding of:
Integrated systems
End-to-end business processes
Excellent:
Stakeholder management
Communication skills
Planning and reporting capabilities
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Exposure to:
Enterprise payroll transformation programs
AI / Gen AI tools (added advantage)
Experience Required

10+ years in testing / QA roles
Proven track record in leading complex testing programs
