1. Business Test Lead/Analyst Responsibilities:
Actively participate in sprint ceremonies to ensure alignment with agile practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT test plans and test cases.
Provision test data for UAT testers to facilitate efficient execution.
Host UAT kick-off, daily status, and exit meetings to track progress and resolve blockers.
Coordinate between UAT testers and IT teams for defect resolution.
Provide direct support to UAT testers when faced with challenges.
Publish daily UAT progress reports and maintain test traceability matrices.
Export test evidence from JIRA for compliance and documentation purposes.
Conduct GxP reviews in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams.
Support go-live validation and assist Product Owners during release phases.
Perform regression testing during quarterly releases and conduct UAT testing to validate functionality before production deployments.
Manage major incident bridges and facilitate effective communication during critical incidents.
Conduct team audits and provide feedback to uphold quality standards.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on key metrics and activities.
In addition to above core responsibilities, the candidate will also assume below responsibilities as & when require:
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all promotion creation/modification requests from the Marketing team.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to program and implement website promotions aimed at driving digital sales.
Work with IT support teams (Web, SAP, OKTA, Jitterbit, PIM, etc.) to address and resolve technical issues.
• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent.
• Certification in ISTQB or CSM, and/or license may be required.
• Typically, at least 5+ years relevant experience.
• Proven experience in UAT management, business validation processes, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.
• Hands-on expertise in tools like JIRA and experience with test case creation and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with IT systems such as SAP, OKTA, Jitterbit, and PIM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience in hosting meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining quality assurance practices.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in GxP compliance and RA/QA collaboration
• Hands on experience in Manual or Automation testing - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
• Knowledge of software QA practices in Agile methodology
