• Doyouhave7–12+yearsofexperiencein softwaretesting,includingseveralyearsleadingQAteamsandtestinginitiatives?

• Have you successfully managed QA teams while coordinating with external vendors, partners, and multiple stakeholders?

• Do you have hands-on experience in manual testing, UI/API automation, and regression testing strategies?

• Are you highly skilled using automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium?

• Do you have experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, orOpenAPI?

• Are you familiar with CI/CD environments and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins?

• Do you have experience working with ALM and test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr?

• Do you have a strong understanding of test design techniques, ISTQB principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices?

• Have youworkedtesting mobile, web, SAP, Salesforce, or client-server applications in enterprise environments?

• Are you recognized for your analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to manage stakeholders effectively?

• Do you have experience with advanced testing practices such as service virtualization, contract testing, test impact analysis, or analytics-driven quality dashboards?

• Are you familiar with enterprise security and compliance concepts such as OAuth, JWT, SSO/SAML, GDPR, or PII protection?

• Do you hold certifications such as ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager, CSM, or similar quality and agile certifications?

AsourTest Lead,youwillplayacriticalrole indrivingsoftwarequalitystrategy,testinggovernance, andcontinuousimprovementacrossenterprisetechnologysolutions Inthisrole,youwillcollaboratecloselywithProduct,Engineering,ReleaseManagement, andbusinessstakeholderstoensurehigh-qualityreleases,strongtestingcoverage, andreliableapplicationperformanceacrossmultipleplatforms

Youwillberesponsiblefordefiningandleadingtheoveralltestingstrategy,includingscope,qualitygates,risk-basedtestingapproaches,exitcriteria,resourceplanning, andreleasealignment Additionally,youwilloverseeQAstandards,processes,templates, andbestpracticeswhilechampioningshift-lefttestingmethodologiesandpromotingaquality-focusedcultureacrossteams

Inthisrole,youwilllead manualtestingactivities,includingfunctional,integration,system, UAT, andexploratorytestingefforts Youwillensurecomprehensive testcoveragethrougheffectivetest casedesigntechniquessuchasboundaryvalueanalysis,equivalencepartitioning,statetransition, anddecisiontables. Additionally,youwilloverseedefecttriage,prioritization,root-causeanalysis, and correctiveactionprocessestosupportcontinuousqualityimprovement

YouwillalsoberesponsibleforarchitectingandmaintainingscalableautomationframeworksacrossUI, API,mobile, and datatestinglayersusingtoolssuchasSelenium,Playwright, Cypress,Appium,Espresso,XCUITest, RESTAssured, and Postman.Furthermore,youwillintegrateautomatedtestingintoCI/CD pipelinesusingAzure DevOps, GitHubActions, and Jenkinswhileensuringstableenvironments,reliabletest datamanagement, andrepeatableexecutionprocesses

Additionally,youwilldriveregressiontestingoptimizationbydefiningbaselineandrisk-basedregressionsuites,continuouslyimprovingautomationcoverage,reducingredundanttestexecution, andbalancingexecutionspeedwithqualitycoveragetoprovidefastandreliablefeedbackforreleases Youwillalsotrackandcommunicatekeyqualitymetricssuchasdefectdensity,automationcoverage,regressioncycletime, anddefectremovalefficiencytosupportdata-drivendecision-makinganddeliveryexcellence
